Why Not Watching What You’re Eating Affects Your Well-Being

We’re always hearing people say, “You are what you’re eating”.

This is absolutely true and should be more emphasised!

By not watching what you eat, you’ll be greatly affected!

Why Is That?

Let’s explore into it:

The problem in today’s world is people treat their bodies like a rubbish bin.

That is, they dump whatever food they feel like into it.

This is not only damaging to your body but also to your spirituality!

For example, imagine a conveyor belt going into your house, things keep coming in and don’t stop.

After a while the house will clog up.

Same rule applies with putting bad food into your body!

How Exactly?

It’s simple.

By eating things such as cheap meat, frozen foods and lots of other junk, you’re draining your energy without realising!

The Reason For It Is:

Your digestive system is working overtime.

With toxins in your body, your energy basically drops.

This is not ideal if you want to shift and receive clearings!

Not only that! Your third eye also gets affected!

How?

Well, it gets calcified through heavy metals, chemicals, fluoride etc. but there’s more!

You’re also damaging your emotional, mental and physical levels!

What Does That Mean?

It means this:

When you look more into yourself

You’ll find you’re having more mood swings and feeling depressed!

That’s not all!

You’ll physically be unfit and have little to no energy!

Plus your concentration will be affected as well!

What’s The Reasons Behind These?

It’s this:

Foods have been injected with GMO’s and pesticides.

These are incredibly damaging to your insides!

Sugar is like cocaine, you get a high but then, you crash!

Did you know sugar is a fungus?!

It actually becomes a fungus inside your body!

Deep-fried food has a f**kload of toxic and rancid trans fats and oil.

Which makes you gain excess weight and damages your gut!

However:

Not all fats are bad, you just need to know the difference between toxic trans fats and good fats that nourish you on a cellular level.

For example, I used to eat terribly! I would eat lots of take-out, chocolate, ice cream, crisps etc.

What happened?

My energy levels were low, I would get constant mood swings and felt depressed without knowing why!

I also found it harder on a spiritual level!

Once I changed my diet, my energy increased dramatically and my skin looked better.

I was overall in better shape.

What Are Some Bad Foods?

Here’s some examples of bad foods:

  • Frozen-ready meals
  • Anything deep-fried
  • Cheap meat
  • White Bread
  • Processed sugar foods (chocolate, Nutella, etc)
  • Crisps (Doritos, Smith’s, Lay’s etc)
  • Takeaway
  • And many more!

Crazy right?!

What Are Some Good Foods?

Here’s some examples of good foods:

  • Free-Range meat and eggs
  • Fresh fruit
  • Fresh vegetables
  • Gluten-free bread
  • Fish
  • And many more!

Imagine how much better we’d feel eating these!

Here’s Something Interesting:

You can do what’s called “Intuitive eating”

This is when you follow your body.

There’s different ways you can do it:

  • Intermittent fasting, which is when you don’t eat anything for 16 hours
  • Keto diet
  • Paleo diet

The idea of this is so you eat less, but what you eat is high quality so you won’t have to eat as much!

It’s also very nutritious!

For example, my dad now only eats 2 meals a day, has burnt a lot of fat and gained more muscle at the gym.

One Final Tip:

I’m not saying to completely get rid of sweets altogether, I just wanted to emphasise that it’s best to eat healthy most of the time.

However:

What you put in your body is what you’ll get back.

It’s ideal you are healthy most of the time but if you happen to occasionally eat something as a treat, your body can handle it because it’s already healthy.

But here’s the thing:

If you eat badly regularly, you’ll put on more fat because of the way your body works.

Therefore, your energy will be lower and you’ll be less connected spiritually!

It also helps your emotional, physical and mental levels to eat well!

In Conclusion

Eating bad foods affects your overall levels physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually!

You’ll have less energy and more mood swings!

You’ll gain excess weight eating badly!

You can still eat your treats as long as you eat healthy most of the time!

Eating healthy most of the time will increase your overall energy levels!

Make you better in spirituality such as:

  • Receiving clearings
  • Shifting
  • And many more!
